Overview
A 4-story, 79-unit micro-apartment building with pod-style living, shared kitchens, laundry, lounge, and outdoor deck.
Interurban Lofts are Shoreline’s first micro-apartments. Gaffney Construction completed this 4-story, 79-unit building in 2017.
Apartments are organized in pods of eight units. Each studio has its own full bathroom and is partially furnished with a bed, microwave, and mini fridge. The pods share a kitchen and washer/dryer, with a large common lounge, outdoor deck, and barbeque.
