A 45,000 SF clinic with crafted faux log columns, rooftop conference deck, and stormwater-conscious site features.
Completed in January of 2018, this 45,000 square foot clinic is the second clinic Gaffney Construction built for the Stillaguamish Tribe.
Unique features include faux log columns crafted of concrete and epoxy, a rooftop deck adjacent to a conference hall, pervious concrete paving, and grass-paved fire lanes to help minimize stormwater runoff.
