Overview
Phase I development of a tribal village campus with infrastructure, housing, community buildings, trails, parks, and open space.
Phase one consisted of developing 40 acres of an 80-acre site for Stillaguamish Village.
The work included infrastructure, roads, parks, trails, and a deer meadow, along with a canoe carving workshop, elders townhomes, cottages, a wellness clinic, a pavilion, single-family residences, and youth townhomes.
