Overview
A 36,000 SF medical office building with below-grade parking, metal panels, CMU finishes, canopies, and stormwater vault.
Gaffney completed this 36,000 square foot medical office building in May of 2013.
Construction includes concrete foundations and slabs with structural steel support and a steel stud framed shell, architectural metal wall panels, CMU finishes, and steel canopies.
The project also included a 60,000 cubic foot underground stormwater detention vault and was the first project built under the design guidelines for the new East Gateway Urban Village Zone.
