Overview
A 110,000 SF distribution warehouse with high-rack storage, ESFR suppression, 20 loading docks, and office/design space.
Gaffney Construction completed this large distribution warehouse in June 2016.
The concrete tilt-up project includes 94,000 square feet of warehouse space with high-rack storage and ESFR fire suppression systems, 20 loading bay docks, and a 16,000 square foot, two-story office and design area.
Gaffney also completed the site development and right-of-way improvements.
