From One Generation
to the Next
Gaffney Construction was founded in 1974 by Jim Gaffney, an Everett native who grew up in the building business working alongside his father. He started with a simple rule: do it right, or don't hand over the keys.
Over the years, we have built offices, banks, schools, medical facilities, restaurants, retail, industrial plants, churches, and seismic upgrades across Snohomish, King, and Pierce counties.
Our goal has stayed the same: finish on time and within budget, do quality work, and treat people well. The relationships built along the way have brought clients back for their next project.
Today, Everett remains home, but our crews are building farther afield than ever, with projects across Washington, Idaho, and Montana. Same standards, wider map.
